Utilisation et gestion de LibCal Spaces En ligne

Cette séance vise à expliquer le fonctionnement de la composante Spaces de LibCal qui permet de gérer la réservation des salles de travail collaboratif et des places.

On découvrira lors de cette séance :

  • l'interface publique accessible aux usagers (étudiants et membres du personnel);
  • comment un usager peut réserver une salle/place;
  • comment un gestionnaire peut réserver une salle/place pour un usager;
  • comment un gestionnaire peut naviguer parmi les réservations existantes;
  • des éléments d'administration de base (non configurables par un gestionnaire, mais utiles à connaître).

Cette formation est accessible :

  • aux nouveaux collègues travaillant dans des implantations disposant de salles/places réservables;
  • aux collègues déjà formés mais qui souhaitent bénéficier d'un rappel;
  • aux collègues qui souhaitent découvrir l'outil.
